  • Torque Wrench set

    Torque Wrench Set - 1/4" - 1-25Nm

If you want your bike to run in mint condition then it's worth getting the right torque value on your bolts. Over-torquing can result in damage to your parts - some of us have wrecked dropper posts and carbon parts as a result. Under-torquing is downright dangerous as things can fall off or rotate unexpectedly on you. Before purchasing this please read the entire product description so that you understand how to use this product properly. This Torque Wrench is 23cm long and has markings to provide Torques of 1-25Nm. The wrench is calibrated at 5N, 15Nm and 25Nm to ISO standard 6789 (within a +-4% tolerance). It can also provide lower torques than 5Nm but they are likely to be outside of the 4% tolerance. We strongly advise you to watch the following video to understand how to use it, especially at low torques. Please note that at low torques the wrench does not make an audible clicking sound. That range allows this torque wrench to be used for everything from lock-on grips to beefier suspension pivots. The correct torque is achieved when the head of the torque wrench swivels relative to the body. It is important to pay attention to the head of the wrench when applying torque. The following video demonstrates usage of this wrench Sorry, your browser doesn't support embedded videos. This wrench comes with the following 16 drivers (all 1/4 inch driver size) in a handy plastic case: 3mm hex 4mm hex 5mm hex 5mm hex - extra long 6mm hex 8mm hex 10mm hex T15 torx T20 torx T25 torx T27 torx T30 torx T40 torx 4 mm socket 9cm extension 5mm hex - Long The first time you use this tool it is worth using a medium torque setting on a high torque bolt to get a feel for what the mechanism feels like when a torque is reached. Once you are familiar with using the tool, go nuts! Like with all torque wrenches, make sure you store the wrench at zero torque after using it. If you don't set it back to zero torque, the gauge will become inaccurate after some time. Please note that this torque wrench only works in the clockwise direction (tightening conventional threads). The torque limiter will not activate with left hand threads - you risk breaking the tool and damaging your bike. I.e. Don't use it on both of your pedals!

  • Chain Wear Indicator tool

    Chain Wear Indicator

Replacing chains regularly is the best way to ensure a long life from your drive-train. This Chain Wear Indicator will help tell you what your chain wear is, so you know when to replace it.  Usage instructionsPlace the wide end into a link on your chain and gently try push the other in. If the chain slips into the 1% gap then your chain has more than 1% wear. If the chain fits into the 0.75% gap but not the 1% gap, it has between 0.75% and 1% wear. To get a long life out of your drive-train, your chain should be replaced once it has a wear of between 0.75% and 1.0%. If your chain is at 1% or more it should be replaced immediately, otherwise you risk massively reducing the life of your drive-train.

  • Cassette tool

Cassette Removal Tool (for spanner use)

This Cassette Removal Tool is made to help you remove your cassette. It must be with a spanner or vice as it does not have a handle. It can also be used with a 1/2" drive ratchet/wrench. This tool is small which makes it great for the travelling tool kit. This will remove Shimano HG style cassettes - so pretty much anything that is not Campy standard. Yes, that includes SRAM cassettes. This tool can also be used to remove internally splined Shimano Centerlock caps. This can also be used to remove Rockshox air fork top caps too 😊

  • Cable Cutter tool

    Cable Cutter

These cable cutters will help you get a clean cut when cutting gear inner, outer and hydraulic cables. None of the fraying that you get with pliers or side-cutters! They have rubber handles and a spring for ease of use. Notes: These cable cutters do not have a crimping surface for attaching cable ends. You can use some pliers for that. As with other cutters, these will ovalise the end of the outer cable. After cutting your outer, push an inner cable through from the other end to open it up and it should be good! To get good leverage these open reasonably wide. The downside of that is if you have small hands they may be difficult to use. If for some reason you are unable to use them please get in touch with us to return them and we will offer a refund.

  • Spoke Wrench - Basic

Basic Spoke Wrench - 3 sizes

A basic fact of riding is that wheel spokes slowly become loose. They also tend to become loose unevenly so certain areas of the wheel become weaker than others. You can however do a decent job of wheel maintenance, even without a truing stand. It's amazing how often we find floppy spokes in our wheels so it's always worth having a spoke wrenc close by. This Basic Spoke Wrench is compact in size and will work on three different nipple sizes: 3.2mm, 3.3mm and 3.5mm. It is a very useful tool to have in your pack or car glove-box.  Note that this spoke wrench engages on two sides of the spoke nipple, whereas some other spoke wrenches engage on three sides of the nipple. If you are building wheels, or doing regular truing using a stand - it would be worth investing in a tool with three side engagement. We sell tools like this here. It would still be worth having this tool for your pack though, because those are a little larger and only fit one size of spoke.

  • Premium Spoke wrench

    Premium Spoke wrench

A basic fact of riding is that wheel spokes slowly become loose. They also tend to become loose unevenly so certain areas of the wheel become weaker than others. But, you can do a decent job of wheel maintenance, even without a truing stand. It's amazing how often we find floppy spokes in our wheels so it's always worth having a spoke wrench fairly close by. This Premium Spoke Wrench will work on one nipple size. It is designed to engage with three sides of the spoke nipple, so will work well even for alloy spoke nipples. The handle is designed to make rotation easy. This tool is ideal if you are keen on truing or building your own wheels. If you are looking for a spoke wrench to have in your pack, or glovebox, it may also be worth considering a smaller multi-sized tool. We sell tools like this here. Whilst they only engage with two sides of the nipple, they are a little more convenient to transport around. It would still be worth having one of these if you are doing regular building or truing.

  • Black plastic CO2 inflator

    CO2 Inflator

CO2 inflators are bloody handy for when you need to inflate quickly, or don't want to carry a bigger hand pump around. Both options fit on Schrader and Presta valves and they also come with a neoprene sleeve which insulates your hand from the cold during usage. Both models have the ability to screw onto your CO2 cartridge without discharging it, useful for putting on your bike or in your bag. The major difference between the two is that the Black model connects to your valve at right angles with your CO2 cartridge. The gold model sits straight in a line with it. The other difference is that the gold one looks quite bling!  Both models of CO2 inflator can adjust the flow rate. Once you pump up one tyre, the cartridge will eventually lose all it's pressure.  Note: these comes without CO2 cartridges, we haven't figured out how to send them cheaply yet. CO2 cartridges are pretty easily obtained from your local bike shop :) Video of using the product
